House for rent bought in the construction phase. Minor corrections were made in the project to meet the requirements for the tourist facility categorization.

The building consists of a ground floor, a first floor, and an attic. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and a living room with access to the outdoor terrace, a bathroom, and a study/guest room. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Each room has access to a balcony/terrace. In the attic, there is a bathroom and a playroom area that also serves as a storage space. This open space leads to a spacious terrace with an outdoor hydromassage pool.

In the outer part, the existing space was used to the maximum to get a space for socializing and resting. Behind the house, there is a large covered terrace with a summer kitchen. The terrace leading out from the living room is connected to the swimming pool and the adjoining terrace where deckchairs can be placed for guests.

Our priority was functional custom-made furniture throughout the house, so we played with a warm neutral shade with wood details. The wooden headboards behind the bed are repeated in the bedrooms and give a certain warmth to the space.

Correction of the lighting in the interior was necessary for all rooms in the interior, as well as in the outdoor space.

Indirect lighting in the exterior, with which we emphasized certain elements, gave a feeling of exclusivity and warmth. We got an elegant and functional space that fully meets its purpose.
