In agreement with the investor, the apartment, which was in rather poor condition, was completely renovated. The goal of the renovation was to rent an apartment for a short-term rental.

We completely renovated the apartment: all partition walls collapsed, water and electricity installations, carpentry, floors and furniture changed.

The apartment was quite poorly arranged. The adaptation provided a lot of light and adaptation to the needs of tourists who would rent the apartment for a shorter period.

The knauf partition discreetly separates the open space from the sleeping area. In this section is a large double bed with pull-out drawers that serve as extra beds.

The bathroom, in a separate part, has a boiler and space for a washing machine.

​

The entrance area is spacious. It has a large wardrobe and a mirror.

The kitchen is fully equipped and in its extension there is a dining area with bar stools.
