The building was purchased with the already started extension of the existing residential house, but it was in very bad condition. The default concept of the house was kept for the most part, but minor corrections were made in the space.

The building consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor. It has a total of 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. The ground floor is dominated by a large living room glazed on 3 sides, elevated compared to the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious with a large island.

In the basement, there is a lounge, sauna and kitchenette. The staircase is lined with large-format ceramics intersected by oblique lines in which indirect lighting is inserted. This concept is repeated in the suspended ceiling in all bedrooms and living rooms, but also on the furniture.

Teak details give warmth to the whole space.
 

The horticulture project is being completed so that the building will be decorated with greenery and indirect lighting further gaining on its exclusivity.
