The project of a detached holiday home on a beautiful, small Dalmatian island, right by the sea. The house consists of an apartment in the basement, on the ground floor, and on the first floor, but due to the configuration of the terrain, each level has a large terrace with a beautiful sea view.

The basement apartment is the largest, with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a laundry room, and with a large living room and kitchen with access to a spacious terrace where the swimming pool is located. The ground-floor and first-floor apartments each have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, and a large open space with a kitchen and a living room with access to a large terrace overlooking the sea.

The project only needed small corrections regarding the interior in certain zones, all in agreement with the investor. The same combination of materials was chosen on all levels for custom-made furniture, and the same materials were also used for installation (indoor and outdoor ceramics, cladding, etc.).

The indoor and outdoor ceramics are the same, the only difference being in dimensions and surface finish. In the basement bedrooms, the flooring is three-layer parquet, while in the other bedrooms on the ground and first floors, the flooring is ceramic.

As always, special attention was paid to lighting. Beautiful indoor and outdoor lighting was chosen from well-known, exclusive brands we have been cooperating with for years.

​

The outdoor space was largely adapted to the given terrain, especially the cascades beside the exterior staircase, but we managed to create an interesting space that catches the eye when climbing the stairs.

​

In agreement with horticulture experts, the planting material was carefully selected, and some plants that the investors are particularly attached to, which had been on the plot for decades, where they used to spend summers, also found their place. A space for Mediterranean herbs was also planned behind the house.

In a few years, when the greenery grows even more, the house will reach its maximum. A beautiful oasis of peace right by the sea.
