Beautiful stylish apartment in the center of Zagreb, with a smaller balcony on the street side and a patio on the courtyard in complete peace and greenery.

The apartment was in a completely neglected condition at the beginning stage of the renovation project. The layout of the rooms was unsatisfactory, the installations in poor condition, the existing floor structures also required the complete reconstruction. In cooperation with the structural engineer, parts of the existing interior walls were demolished, and the floor structures were completely reconstructed. It was also the biggest intervention in the apartment. Plumbing and electrical installations have been modified.

The result is a spacious hallway with a dressing room from which you enter a large dining room that has an exit to the terrace. From the dining room one enters the large and fully equipped, new kitchen. The living room has a new tile stove with glass doors that creates the atmosphere of a fireplace. The living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the city center. From the living room one enters the large bedroom on one side and the other into the children's room.

The bedroom on one side has built-in closets all over the wall and air conditioning hidden in one part of the closet.

From the room you enter into a beautiful bathroom with teak on the floor, a stylish wooden tub (Design Allesandro Lenarda for Gruppo Tresse), a corner shower and a stylish sink. A large mirror stretches above it. All sanitary ware and mixers are signed by Italian designers and the mixers are gold plated.

The entrance room from the living room can be used as a library or as a children's room if needed. It has an entrance to one children's room. From the hallway one enters another room, which is oriented to the courtyard and has an exit to a large balcony full of greenery. This room can be used as a children's room, guest room or office as needed. In the hallway there is another bathroom with shower, stylish washbasin, toilet and a large built-in element. It features a MIELLE washing machine and elements where towels and other things can be stored.

 

A new oak flooring was installed throughout the apartment. On the floor in the kitchen and in the bathroom there is a stone floor with custom-made elements. The bathroom in the bedroom has teak on the floor. The bathroom in the hallway has built-in and additional underfloor heating. There is also a wooden floor on the terrace.

All exterior joinery has been modified, completely new, made of white aris, in accordance with the latest standards. Internal wooden shutters were used to protect from the sun. The interior joinery has been partially repaired and partly new. On the radiators are custom made mounted masks with decorative sheet. The luminaires were purchased at an antique store in Vienna.
