On the house's ground floor, there is a kitchen, dining room, and living room with access to a covered terrace, which also features a large built-in pool. There are also two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a smaller guest toilet in the staircase area.

A spacious staircase leads to the upper floor, which houses three children's rooms with sanitary facilities. All rooms have access to a large terrace with a sea view.

In the outdoor area, there is an auxiliary building containing storage and a large, spacious barbecue and summer kitchen.

We only made minor changes to the existing house project. We had the opportunity to adjust parts of the plumbing and electrical installations.

By selecting materials and equipment, we aligned the possibilities of the space with the investor's desires for a functional and beautiful space that is pleasant to live in.
